If you would like to sell your dollhouse through CJH Dollhouse Realty please fill out the form below and click the submit button. Be sure to read and accept the Listing Contract before completing the form. Payment can then be made through PayPal. Take pictures of your dollhouse and email them to us. We will contact you if we require any additional information. You can contact us at anytime if you have questions or would like to make changes to your listing. Your dollhouse will be listed within 2 days of receipt of your paid contract and pictures.

Listing Contract:
Each dollhouse listing is $10 for a maximum 12-month period. If a buyer finds your dollhouse through CJH Dollhouse Realty, you as seller agree to pay CJH Dollhouse Realty a 10% commission for the sale.
As the seller, you agree to provide digital pictures of the dollhouse (and furnishings if applicable) as well as exterior dimensions, number of rooms, and room sizes. We suggest a minimum of 1 photo of each room. We also recommend that you provide additional details such as type of construction, year built and materials. Email your digital pictures to us. A maximum 20 pictures is allowed for a basic listing. CJH Dollhouse Realty reserves the right to exclude inappropriate and poor quality photographs.
CJH Dollhouse Realty will create a full listing of your dollhouse using pictures and descriptions you provide within 2 days of receipt of paid contract and pictures. The listing will run for a maximum 12-month period. CJH Dollhouse Realty will also work with you to determine a reasonable listing price. The final selling price will be based on buyer and seller agreement. The listing fee is non-refundable. The listing fee will not be discounted or prorated for any period less than 12 months.
CJH Dollhouse Realty is not responsible for delivery or shipping of any dollhouse. Shipping of the dollhouse is up to the buyer and seller. Shipping costs should be considered in negotiations. Alternately, "pickup only" statements and locations should be disclosed by the seller.
